Ability to upload photos to mobile site.

I've successfully done this once or twice, but now I can't get the option to show up. It seems that the format menu with the picture putton is hiding below my phone's keyboard.
I take photos of our progress with my iphone and it's a pain to have to transfer them to my computer to upload them to a card each time.
