Integrate "bookmarks" folder into unit & lessons

I have an extensive list of bookmarks and online sources / materials that I use in my teaching, and I would love a way to integrate my bookmarks folders into my unit and lesson plans so I can access them easily without having to copy and paste again and again. Is there a way to do this already that I am not seeing?
