Manual List of Standards (New Zealand)

It would be great to be able to manually input a list of standards. I am based in New Zealand and I understand standards outside of the USA are not a priority at the moment. In the mean time, it would be great to be able to manually input a list of standards with headings (topics) and sub-headings (sub-topics) to make sure I am covering all the material required by the curriculum. There are some NZ standards loaded, however the curriculum is currently changing and therefore, the standards may be out of date.
