More options for different views (printing/PDF download ) for ease of reading

Make it so that you can view each lesson on one page (making the columns wider) rather than have the long skinny columns extend down multiple pages. This current view is perfect for digital viewing,m but when lessons are printed off, it would be nice to see an entire day on one page. If the teacher could manipulate the width of the columns for printing etc, they could make this fit.
