Prevent Ctrl+s from opening the "Save Webpage" popup

My habit of pressing ctrl+s to save my progress in other editors means that the "save as" popup appears every few minutes for me. Some of the other web apps that I also use, like Google Docs and Canva, somehow prevent that keyboard shortcut from working in the editing portion of the software.
