Put often used standards at top of standards list

I would like to choose a few groups of standards that I use often to appear at the top of the list for ease of identifying. Example: Selecting my state visual arts standards as well as the national state visual arts categories to appear at the top of the list for me, or to have them a bright color to identify quickly.
