Setting Permissions on Planbooks

Is it possible to "hide" planbooks or make it so certain teams can see them? We have an instructional coach who creates shared planbooks for her teams, but then they show up on EVERY team (see attached photo) can we make it so only certain teams will see the planbooks that are relevant to them?
