Unhappy with the loss of lesson menu options

I'm not sure why it was changed but all the options in the lesson menu are no longer available and I am not able to quickly and easily bump or pull back lessons. Can we please bring that user friendly option back because I have no idea how to do it now and the videos are not helpful. Thanks.
