when pushing a lesson you were prompted to CONFIRM to avoid accidentally pushing ALL lessons forward/backward

Currently, when pushing lessons forward or backward, all lessons after or before (respectively) are also pushed forward/backwards. It would be great if users were prompted to confirm that choice before automatically performing the task, to avoid any accidental actions. The aftermath of such actions can take a LONG time to fix. Alternatively, provide a "UNDO LAST ACTION" button in the tool bar to help avoid the same issue.
