Unit overlaping

I would love to be able to choose which unit I’ll be teaching in that class. I teach Portuguese classes in a dual immersion program, so I have different units for one class (Portuguese block) and special projects that will be done only one day a week, but it’s not really a new class, it’s just a unit.

Locking Lessons

It would be great to lock lessons into a day. If I do novels every Wednesday but need to bump all the other lessons around it, I have to reshift everything. Also, if we give the ACT one day and that doesn’t change, but then I need to bump lessons, it moves, and I have to reshift. It’s frustrating.

Change one line in the whole year planbook

I copied last year’s plan. This year, we are not using Aleks. I want to take that one line out for the whole year. Using the template doesn’t work because the whole year is already completed. Is that something that could be added?

Ag Mechanics Helps

I am an instructional coach helping a teacher use the AI tool for his Ag Mechanics class. Everytime we type a prompt to get help with questions, ideas, or even generating an objective based on the standards, it just says “thinking” for a long time. Are there custom prompts that would generate content for Ag Mechanics? The AI tool does not seem to understand this course as well as other courses.

Archive lessons and Update lessons

I would like to be able to archive a lesson I have created but will not be teaching this year so that I can retrieve it for a future time rather than having to erase it and then rewrite it completely. I also wish that if I made updates to a lesson that I have already placed on multiple days, those updates would be reflected across the board rather than having to go in and edit each day.

Removal of AI

I would like a feature to remove the yellow AI button from the calendar.

Special Events on Websites

I would like the special events to be shown on the website. I would love to have an option to add it to the class website or keep it private.

Export and Block schedule rotation

Firstly I would love a way to export, or even import, the information from our calendar. This can help when planning the year at a glance for next year. It would also be ideal if we could have a rotation that is based on day, not a circular rotation. For example, ABCBC is my current rotation. I have to change each week so that it flows properly. I’ve actually never heard of a school that just rotates ABCAB with the following week as CABCA. Most schools I know have a specific type of day for each day of the week (e.g. Wednesdays are even days).

Completely Different Day

I would like to create a day that doesn’t follow any of the normal scheduled days. The only thing I can figure out is to add many special events and that is not user-friendly.

Activity Dashboard

Google Docs has an activity dashboard that allows you, as owner, to see the login times of those with whim you have shared the document. It would be nice to be able to see that for planners that I, as owner, have shared… Thank you.

AI tool at the Unit Level

We need an AI button at the unit level so we can import curriculum maps, please!

Extra lines when printing

Not a request, but a notice. When I print, there are occasionally/frequently extra lines of ________________________________ blank lines that appear. It doesn’t seem to matter which card they are in, they just randomly show up in a different spot when I go to print my Daily lesson. I’m not sure how to get rid of these. I’ve tried Deleting the affected item from my card, but then the lines just show up in a different spot.

It would be great to have levels of admin! I would like a level of admin with access to the Instructional Hub and one with the ability to access the Instructional Hub and manage their team and another higher level admin that can upgrade and downgrade members, and handle payment.

Classes

It would be nice for you to be able to line up classes even if some things aren’t the same time everyday. I like them lined up when I go to print, but that puts things out of order and that is confusing for people who want to look at my plans.

Printing Lessons

I wish they would print with a better-looking view. To me, it’s so plain that it’s hard for me to tell where what is. I just wish you could “pretty” them up a little.
