Add Bell Schedule information so it can be a drop down menu when creating new classes with Time.

The bell schedule in my school is always the same. Each time I create a new course and I want to add the TIME, I have to manually insert the START and END time, which is quite time consuming for all the courses I am teaching. It would be nice to have the option of adding the schools bell schedule, and those times appeared as drop down menus when I have to add the time. Adding the TIME is very helpfull so they are added to the printed Sub Plans when a substite comes in.
