Add my own standards to the standards box

I'd just like to have the ability to type in the Standards box so I could copy and paste standards for my FCS classes, or if there was a way to upload the FCS standards to the standards menu. Maybe there is a way to do this, I just haven't found it yet. I've just started working with this program.
