Allow users to collapse the lesson plans in a weekly or daily view

The time blocks take up a lot of space, and if I want to work on just one lesson, I have to scroll through all the rest. It would be great to collapse them. The workaround right now is to mark it as "not teaching" and then it collapses but that's an extra step.
