Embedding Accomodations

At our school, we need to embed application IEP and 504 accomodations at the end of each section of the lesson (Accomodations for warm up, lecture, independent practice, etc) along with the initials of the student who gets that accomodation.

Right now I can copy paste my lesson plans to the next year, but the accomodations change every year for the new group of students and it is a lot of copy-pasting.

I would like a way to have a smart template or way to copy a planbook that updates the accomodations for each year across all cards without losing the rest of the lesson activities.
