Freeze scroll bar at the bottom of the unit outline page

I love seeing the year at a glance with the unit outline but when you need to move or scroll over in the year you have to scroll down then scroll right or left them scroll back up to where you were and hope that you got it to the right time of the year. Freezing the scroll bar at the bottom would eliminate this frustration!
