Hex Code for Text

I would like to see hex code options as a feature to customize text colors, highlights, and backgrounds. My school is working on ADA compliance, and the current color choices are not going to work under the guidance we are being given in order to post my planner publicly on my website for students and parents. Backgrounds are too busy, and the color difference for text, such as a hyperlink, is not enough contrast.
