I could view semester classes in the same planbook as my year long classes.

Right now, my semester classes essentially repeat twice over the course of the year in my planbook. Second semester, my plans change as things that worked well are revamped and lessons that flopped are discarded. As I'm trying to plan for this year, it is a pain to try find and copy lessons from last spring into this fall's plans.
