I would like my Title to be my subject bolded and formatted to carry over from week to week

I don't like that the subject is grey and faded out in the background. I'd rather that just be the time of my kindergarten lesson. I want my subject to be where the Title is because I want it to be in a larger font and bolded and not the other way around. I also want this to be a feature that can carry over week to week. I want to be able to share parts of lessons with my partner teacher and allow her to change them on mine too but there are other parts that I want different on mine without changing hers.
