Interaction with students

I would like to be more interactive with student. In were students can let me know how they feel about the lesson if they were able to comprehend the lesson. This will help keep track of the students comprehension of the standard, lesson or activity. (Like a poll system)

Many teachers in my school love this planning book and how it can be shared with parents but I would also like it to be more interactive with students.
