Would like to add a brief 3 question poll to those who use my QR code to open lesson link

Would it be possible to post a short 2-3 question poll to anyone opening my lessons through scan of QR code (allowed via public link sharing)? Similar to how Zoom allows for quick poll as folks enter or sign on to session.

Would love to capture info as I share lessons and collaborate.
